God's Only Gospel

Good Sunday morning to everyone: I want to start this post by looking at Galatians 1:6-9, which reads, "I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel, not that there is another one, but there are some who trouble you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so not I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed."
I'm a very shy introvert, but even as I am, I still believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which I believe to be one of Salvation thru the death of Jesus on the cross for each and everyone of us. All we have to do is to believe that he did die on the cross and we have to call upon his name to except that free gift of Salvation. I'm like St Paul and believe that this is the only gospel there is. Jesus said it himself in John 14:6, which reads, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. no one comes to the Father except through me." Without Jesus dieing on the cross we can not talk to God our Father at any cost except through the death of Jesus. This is what I believe from my heart to be the truth, and I do feel sorry for anyone who tries to think other wise.

Behold, the Lamb of God

29 The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! 30 This is he of whom I said, 'After me comes a man who ranks before me, because he was before me.' 31 I myself did not know him, but for this purpose I came baptizing with water, that he might be revealed to Israel."

The Good Shepherd

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the day of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

God Created Man In His Own Image

Good Morning to everyone. I would like to look at two verses from the book of Genesis, the first verse is Genesis 1:1-2a, which reads

1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep.

The second verse is Genesis 1:26-27, which reads

26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

I'm not a rocket scientist but I know what I know and that is that God himself created the heavens and the earth, along with man in his own image. I also believe that God stretched his great big arms around in a circle and found that it was empty, there was nothing in it no one to talk to or no one to help in times of trouble. This is why God created the heavens and the earth, along with man. Lets look at man for a minute, when Adam was created, he was the only person on the earth at the time. God new that it was not good for Adam to be alone, so he created Eve in his image, and they both communicated with God on a daily basis, by having communion with his creation God was not alone any more. God's image is one that he needs to be loved and respected with everything that he does or doesn't do, he also needs to have the communication from mankind, just like us humans need communication from other humans. We also need the communication that we have with God because of the shed blood of his son Jesus Christ, and I thank God for everything that he has done and will do down the road from now.

A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH

Good Morning to all of you, and may God Bless everyone that reads this post. I would like to give my interpretation of a future event. That event is everyone that is blessed by God living on A New Earth. The Bible reading for this event comes from Revelation 21:1-4 which reads like this. 1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away."
Just imagine Satan locked behind bars, and everything that is on this present earth today, like cars, boats planes, houses, offices, warehouses, and anything else that man has made will be destroyed, and all that would be left is a new heaven with fresh clean air, and a new earth with Jerusalem as its capital and all around it will be forest, waterfalls, grassy planes, basically everything that God would put on his New Earth. Now we know how the new earth would look like, now lets look further, it’s the main street in Jerusalem and there are people lining up the street on both sides, like for a parade, but instead of a parade you have on lone person walking down the middle of the street, no body around him just the people on the sides yelling and waving at this one lone man, we find out that this man is Jesus himself, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus is waving back at everyone, when he stops, wakes over to the crowed and puts is hand on one persons head like he was looking for just that one person in all that crowd, Jesus says to this person come and talk to me, and this person joins him in the middle of the road. This person that Jesus picked from the crowd is no other then you, the reader of this message.
Ok lets look at this image again for a minute, you still have the same crowd, and Jesus just taking his time to walk down the middle of the street, no police officers, no body guards of any sort, just Jesus walking and waving to the people on the sidewalks. Jesus tells us he brings us peace, to me you cant get anymore peaceful than a scene like the one we have been looking at. I can’t speak for all of you but for myself I can’t wait to see that picture in person. Thank you Jesus.
